All I Can Do

My World is too big for one,
And seems too small for two.
I'll just ponder on the drink,
Till I figure out what to do.

The room seems to shrink,
Whenever you come around.
I don't worry about it anymore.
I escape through my trap door.

It's all I can do,
To open my eyes for you.
Come inside this heart,
Lay claim and take your part.

Yeah it's all I can do,
To wrap my arms round you.
Yeah it's all I can do,
To let you come on through.

No matter what you say,
The past keeps speaking me away.
I'll keep my feet on the ground,
Hold on to me and don't let me down.

Yeah it's all I can do,
To stop running away from you.
Yeah it's all I can do,
To believe and know you're true.

Yeah it's all I can do,
To open my eyes for you.
Come inside this heart,
Lay claim and take your part.

Yeah it's all I can do,
To keep myself from you.
Yeah it's all I can do,
To help you make one from two.
