Harsh and dreadful
Words were said To the killer When he was a kid. But now all the wrong phrases Just keep replaying And deep down inside, He's debating. Someone he knows, A stranger he don't, Or maybe even A loved one he trusts. He's made his decision. You'll know who it is, Tonight after dusk. Because he insists he must. A knife that will cut, A gun that will shoot, Or pills that will silently kill, Tonight he'll chose his weapon of thrill. Dusk has arrived, His decisions kept inside. Soon he'll live the life, Of a killer trying to hide. Now inside the house, He'll quietly replace the daily medication With similar pills, That will quickly kill. Two days later, Now he hears, His only sister, Has been killed. He'll never show At the funeral home, But right outside, He'll watch his mother cry. He's now a killer on the run. But knows that everyone Wonders why, He took his sister's innocent life.
