The Mystic’s Confession The splendor of Earth’s daylight star paled before the glory of my Beloved, while the beauty of His countenance put the grandeur of snow capped peaks to shame. So in the light of evening, I called to Him supplicating the mercy of His presence, and my words become the clouds that separated His orb into a thousand names and images.
