It's been kind of a long hiatus. Was broke, couldn't keep up the membership, didn't back up my fiction properly (add to that the destruction of the hard drive that had the few things I had backed up) and I took some time away. Mostly because I felt like I had nothing else to say and wasn't sure I fit in on the site anymore. But I just completed my first original short story in . . . yikes, nearly four years, and I figured maybe it was time to come back to the place I got my start :)
