In 57 came to USA and practiced medicine in USA until retirement in 2000. Started writting poetry in 94 and translated the Persian ghazals of Khusro, Hafiz, Ghalib and Iqbal in Urdu verse. My own Urdu ghazals were also published titled - Sham e Gharib. My books of English poetry - Hafiz, The Voice of God - and - Khusro, the Indian Orpheus - have also been published and are available at amazon.com
