A collaberation with my ex-best friend. Styled after Dr. Suess.
Where the sun meets the ground
On those green grassy hills
Out of the town
Town of horrible mills.

There sat Lily McFilly
All fresh for the day
Thinking of things
Not thought other ways.

She was thinking of friends
Something she lacked
Maybe making a friends
From an all-in-one pack.

Thinking of colors
For the hair and the eyes
Colors of attitude
Either with truth or with lies.

She wrote down what she wanted
On paper called Form
And trotted to town
On her lo-ve-ly thorn.

When she got into town
She went into the store
And processed her order
Hoping for more.

A call a week later
Her order is done
Excited she goes
Hoping with fun.

She walked into the store
and picked up her pack
Went to the counter
Paid in Flickety-Flacks.

Lily went home
Skipping with glee
Opened the package
And looked into see...

FIONA LEONA!!!!!!!!!!!
Fiona jumped out
Screaming and shouting
Standing real strong
Puffing and pouting.

"What's the matter?" asked Lily
Sad as can be.
"Aren't you happy,
Happy with me?"

"No I am not!"
Fiona said in a tone
That made Lily McFilly
Shake to the bone.

"I want...
A cookie, a marker, a pillow, a blanket,
A dog, a chip, a can, and a Tanket."

"If you get what I want
I might be okay,
But for right now
Do as I say!"

Lily scurried around
Searching for stuff
Finding one thing
Was really so tough.

She kept at her searching
Finding one, then another
But not stop to realize
What went by the old shutter.

She brought back the stuff
Just to find no one there
Fiona had left
With no trace of where.

She looked all around
But there was no girl to find
Fiona was gone
And had not been real kind.

She searched in the park
The mall and the zoo
Until she got an idea
And it involves you.

You must think of her friend
And where she might be
Lil' needs your help
She's counting on you and me.

Is Fiona here?
Is Fiona there?
Where is Fiona?
For Pete's sake, where?

Lil' chose the right crowd
We've found her at last
She's in the town square
Forgetting all that had passed.

The same happened again
but Lil' could not stop the fan
For the hardship of friendship
Had barely began.
