You seem to have become the defacto leader of our group, with little pomp and circumstance, but I wanted you to know that I did see and that I did notice. I apologize that I haven't been able to help you more, especially when you are having some difficulty with some of these tasks, but I still think you're doing a great job. I hope our group doesn't take a hit and fails to "come back" after the hiatus, but if it does, it WON'T be because of your lack of trying and hard work.
