Glad Tidings:
To 'Abdu'l-Baha

"Glad tidings! Glad tidings! The Morn of Guidance hath dawned."
'Abdu'l-Baha,12

Good news he brought from across the sea,
Light he shed on divine unity,
And America's spiritual destiny.
Daily his actions exceeded his words.

Today, his example we try to follow,
In our attempts to proclaim God's Cause.
Do our actions exceed our words,
In our quest to express our faith?
Night has passed. A new day has dawned.
Glad tidings he brought from across the sea,
Salvation for Earth and humanity.
