Three Score and Ten + Day 302 Hot and Dry

It is nearly 8:00 pm and I am just now getting to writing an entry. I was going to do this this morning. We are so dry I spend a lot of time watering the vegetable garden and flowers. The garden does look good no big failings yet.

We were going to go north this week but we are staying here for the garage roofer to get here and do his roofing. He cancelled out today, a cooler day. He is having truck problems. I am beginning to think I bet on the wrong horse. The roof is not leaking, but I need to coordinate all of the summers activities and still get the roof done.

As for our last Sunday Flea Market it was a good day. All went well, we sold some things. We set up and pulled down without any fire works, always a good thing. But I sure get tired. This spring and it is still spring has been difficult, and it should not be. It seems like I am out of sync with my work. The days are slipping past me. I have always worked to accomplish something positive every day. But that is getting more difficult. Maybe it is the early heat and dryness. I was fearful of a Hot dry spring summer all last winter. A hot dry weather pattern is the worst for me.

I hope the roofer shows up tomorrow. He is not a young man. I do not envy him roofing in this weather. I should not be too bad tomorrow. The I need to do some weeding in the morning. I was hoping to fish in the later afternoon, evening if it is not too warm. We shall see. I have not been fishing for a few weeks now, Too busy, and too hot. I hope to go again soon.
I must have a hay field for a yard up north. We need to get up there early next week.

Have a Blessed Evening, I am starting to ramble
