Senetitude never stopped him
Each day was a testament to his spiritual fortitude
Night and day he was the Servant of Baha2
Example of the divine virtues to humanity
Center of the Covenant of Baha'u'llah
The appointed interpreter of Baha'u'llah's scriptures
In old age, he took a three year teaching trip3
That carried him across two continents
Unswerving he proclaimed world peace and unity
Did not sanction racial segregation at his talks,
Even performed the first interracial Baha'i marriage4
