Prayer in Action:
To 'Abdu'l-Baha

He did not delay
he worked everyday
and made his prayers action.

No fence was too high
nor opposition too dense,
because he relied
on the power of the Holy Spirit
to help him stay his chosen course.

He was never tense
or worried
about momentary delays,
because he saw
the eventual success
of his endeavors.

He demonstrated prayer in action
all the days
of his Earthly life.
