September 21 Prompt: Tell us about any vegetable or fruit that you absolutely hate. Then think of ways to cook those ingredients that would encourage you to try them.
This won't take long. Although I certainly haven't sampled everything that grows upon our dear, sorely put-upon planet, to date I've never met a fruit or vegetable I didn't like, and that includes the bane of many a child's existence: spinach. That said, I much prefer my cauliflower to be steamed and covered in melted cheese, or to at least have melted cheese available for dipping.
