April 19 The Nose Knows
The Nose Knows

I can be led by my nose.
         Aroma of coffee wafting,
sweet perfume of a rose,
         inhaling beef on the grill,
whiff of lemons hanging way low,
         breath of salt and sea,
sniffing a plucked tomato.
         and the scent of you
fresh from the shower,
         the fragrance of us
snug in our bower.
