OBESITY: an acrostic
OBESITY: an acrostic

[The desperation of an obese person]

O, what would I not part with
By Jove, to get rid of
Endless pounds of fat and flab,
So much that weigh me down!

It is truly such a shame
To be viewed a glutton;
Yellow fat o’er mutton!

* An acrostic around the word OBESITY, displaying the agony of one so afflicted.

* Written in 7-6-7-6 format.
