The Sunday Review! The November 10, 2013 prompt for "30-Day Blogging Challenge ON HIATUS"  isBlog. Tell us about your week. Include your favorite blog entry from your fellow challengers from the preceding week and, most importantly, why. Merriam-Websters online dictionary defines Interesting as "attracting your attention and making you want to learn more about something or to be involved in something : not dull or boring".1 I didn't think this week would be as interesting as last week, but I suspect that assumption is wrong. The reason I suspect that concern the load of laundry I put in the washer this morning. I put the dirty clothes in the washer, turned on the water, put in the liquid detergent, and remember a shirt I hadn't put in with the other clothes. I left the lid open, went into the bathroom to get the shirt, put the shirt in with the other clothes, and thought I closed the lid to the washer. I didn't realize I left the lid open until I heard the washer going into the spin cycle. I closed the lid and the the washer do it thing. I didn't take the clothes out after the rinse cycle, but instead put them through again so that they would be clean when I put them in the dryer. Last week was interesting as well. While using the other computer, I encountered the blue screen of death twice. This means I have to figure out which driver is causing the problem and download it. My firewall, on that computer, also needs updating; on Monday I will download the update to the firewall and see if that is the driver that caused the computer to blue screen. If it still blue screeens after that then I will check the driver to my printer. I hope and pray that the problem is caused by one of those drivers because after that the only other driver I can check, without calling technical assistance to my home, is the driver to the barcode scanner and for that I have to call the National Consumer Panel2 tech support or customer service. Then, after dealing with the other computer's problems, my cable modem decided it wasn't speaking to my service provider's computer. I had to manually reboot the modem, which entails unplugging it from the power source and plugging it back in. This is a problem I've encounter before (at least once a week for the past four weeks), so it is something I can handle. It's also something that could be extremely irritating if it happens too often and when I'm in the middle of something important. My service provider is Cox Communications and they will assist me in moving my modem and stuff when I move. I'll ask the tech that comes to do that about this problem when I move.
