Destructive thoughts of self,
Disphoria.

We all have them at one time
or another

Save me from the little men
crawling from my head
going forth in the diaspora of hopeless helplessness.
All fighting to hold my hand.
All singing and clapping and leading me on
over the brink,
the brink of my own,
my own personal insanity.
