Still on the lookout for any kind of good news, so I'm gonna be really lenient on this today. Give me your definition of leadership, and provide an example (if possible, or a poor example if necessary).

Leadership

What is my definition of leadership? I never took a leadership course in college, so I'm not sure what the textbook definition of a good leader is supposed to be. The only examples I have of good or bad leadership is from the people I deal with in everyday life, and read about in the newspapers or in articles about history. One attribute of a good leader is the ability to positively motivate people. A second attribute is the ability to criticize without making them feel like they are failures. That is, a good leader should discuss the any problems, and find out if the problem is caused by a lack of skills or some other issue.

Some examples of people with good leadership ability are Christ, Muhammad, the Bab, and Baha'u'llah, to name just a few. They had the ability to motivate their followers and disciples because they knew both the strengths and the weaknesses of those who accepted their message. In addition, they did not ask their followers to do anything they were not prepared to do, or make any sacrifice they would not make themselves.
