Write a poem about a tall mountain or a tall tree.

The Last Pine Tree

Alone I stand upon a high mountain,
I am the last pine tree upon the Earth,
Next to me flows a clear crystal fountain,
And together we wait for Earth's rebirth,
When humankind understands nature's worth:
How long will it take for humans to see,
The Earth is God's trust to humanity?

Line Count: 7
Form: Rhyme Royal stanza is composed of 7 lines, usually written in iambic pentameter, with a rhyme scheme of ababbcc.
