My spirit rises, flying upon the air currents of love and compassion; joining the eagles of the Almighty, as they ascend into paradise. I smile, my muse smiles, my soul smiles in the joy of communion with the All-Glorious Beloved. Meditate upon the music, meditate upon the sacred scriptures and intone prayers revealed to humanity by the Holy Spirit through the voices, and pens of God's divine prophets, messengers, and manifestations. Music is yoga for the spirit, and prayer is communion with the Unknowable Creator; commune with the All-Knowing, the All-Wise, either directly or indirectly through one of the divine messengers. Flute music whispers to my spirit causing it to intone gratitude for life in the material world, and life on the spiritual plane. Energy flows with the music into my soul causing it to inhale the power of the Almighty Creator of the universe. The Holy Spirit flowed through the Pen of Baha'u'llah, like the music flows through the flute. The soul of the mystic poet dances to the music from the flute proclaiming to all the joy of finding the Glory of God. My mind, and spirit relax chant God's Most Great Name as I listen to the flute. |
