2019 Goals
It's been a number of years since I set my annual goals and the last few years have reflected that. So to get myself back on track, I'm setting my goals early.

Writing Goal
To write EVERY week. 52 weeks. No breaks, I must write at least once each week. Things that count: short stories, poems, articles, blog posts, my work in progress, or reviews on this site. What doesn't count: emails, school work, or work-related correspondence. No cop-outs and no excuses! I will also submit to one contest a month, minimum.

Publishing Goal

Finish and have published my four-book series, Understanding Libby: A Mother's Journey with Childhood Paranoid Schizophrenia. The publisher is all lined up and waiting, just gotta finish it. I will revise and publish How to Adopt a Dragon. I will attempt to also release book 3 of Jason and Lizzy (if I can ever find my damn notes again!) and the thriller trilogy that is plotted and just needs to be written. That's a total of 9 books which may be unrealistic so the minimum goal is to finish How to Adopt a Dragon and publish it. Anything more than that is a bonus.

Financial Goal
This one is multi-faceted. Find a job next making about $40K a year. With that income, we will buy and move into an RV full time. I will also put $10K into savings this year to replenish our savings that was used up. We will trade in our Kia and purchase a diesel truck so we can travel with the RV. We also need to try and find a job or source of income for my husband. SSDI may be an option for that and I need to finish his paperwork this weekend.

Real Estate
I will work to sell at least 10 properties and/or make at least $50,000 in commissions.

Here's to hoping 2019 is a hell of a lot better than 2017 & 2018 were!
