Words stir My Imagination
Words Stir My Imagination

Words.
Words all on one page.
I started to read the words--
Words I like--
Moon, Stars, Sun, Wind,
Snow, Rain, love, hate--
Words began to stir my imagination
The wind began to blow and
I found myself out on the street.
The stars and the moon were shining brightly.
The night turned to day
The rain began to fall,
I love walking in the rain.
The rain began to come down harder
Water was running down my face.
Then suddenly the sun was shining brightly,
Then just as suddenly I was back in my
Own room, realizing my imagination
Had been working again, just because I was reading the words--
Words like--
Moon, stars, sun, Wind, snow, rain, love, hate.
I love the words
but I hate my imagination.
