To The Bab

He is
one of the the connections,
the intermediaries,
between the Unknowable Essence of divinity
and humanity.

Like those who have gone before,
and those who will come after,
He is the mirror,
the manifestation,
of the attribute of God.

An independent prophet,
He revealed Sacred Scriptures,
renewed religion,
and foretold one greater than Himself
who would come after.

He is the door,
leading humanity
from its childhood
into its adulthood.

He is the Light
guiding humanity
to Baha'u'llah,
the Glory of God.
