My belief is that yes He does. I think of Pharaoh and the way God used him to save the people from starvation. I think of Nebuchadnezzar and the way God used Him to bring repentance to Israel. I think of Cyrus and the rebuilding of Jerusalem. There are lots of examples.

I was never content being alone. I get bored listening to my own thoughts. Perhaps it is because I was raised in a huge family, but I hate being alone.
