This song is an oldie, but a goodie. I was listening to this song last week, and I began to think about it.

Write about what Heaven means to you.

Marvelous Friend

I'm going to sing praises in the celestial choir. I'm going to take care of the Lord's white horses, that are used by the Lord's armies. (Revelations 19:14) I'm going to wander in the fields of flowers with the creatures who have lived with me. I will see and talk with my mother, her parents, and my first husband. There is so much to do and see in heaven and if there is service to the Lord there, I'm sure I will always find things to keep me busy. I want to visit the forests of heaven they must be astonishing with growth and beauty. To always live in the light is an amazing thought.

We once saw the Gaithers in concert. K has a tape or CD of theirs. I'm not sure which.

Death on the earth begins life in heaven.
