Recipe: Banana Bread
Ingredients:

Dry:
1 3/4 cup whole grain spelt flour
1 tbsp ground chia seeds
1/4 cup wheat gluten
1 tbsp oat bran
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt

Wet:
1/2 cup duck fat or butter
6 tbsp maple syrup
2 beaten eggs
2 1/3 cups mashed banana

Method:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2. Grease and flour a loaf pan.
3. Combine the dry ingredients and wet ingredients in separate bowls.
4. Stir wet ingredients into the dry ingredients.
5. Put the mix into a loaf pan.
6. Bake for 60-65 minutes.
