Recipe: Swedish Meatballs
Ingredients:

Meatballs:
¼ cup cooked drained celery
450 g ground beef
¼ cup bread crumbs
1 egg or 2 egg yolks
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1/8 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp ginger
Salt & pepper to taste

Sauce
2 tbsp of butter
2 tbsp + 2 tsp while spelt flour
2 cups of beef broth
¼ cup + 2 tbsp of sour cream
2 tbsp parsley
Salt & pepper to taste

Method:
1. Mix the meatball ingredients and form 1” meatballs.
2. Bake the meatballs in the oven at 400°F for 20 minutes.
3. Melt the butter in a frying pan set at medium.
4. Mix in the flour to create a roux.
5. Slowly add the beef broth, stirring constantly to make a gravy.
6. Turn the heat down fold in the sour cream, parsley, salt, & pepper.
7. Move the meatballs to the frying pan and simmer for 5 minutes.
