Sally has second thoughts...

"You are thinking about abortion?" Muzzy queried.
Sally rubbed her large belly, "Maybe."
"The babies are fully formed and perfect," Muzzy pressed on.
"You're selfish!" Sally blew her nose.
"I have a right to a partial abortion!" she continued.
Muzzy took a sip of some bourbon...

"Is it the Ukraine thing? The possibility of a nuclear war?"
Muzzy held Sally around the shoulders.
Sally sobbed into his bourbon, "Maybe..."
"You must have hope. Let our children live."
Muzzy filled the glass.
"Okay," Sally slumped into the reclining chair.
