Yesterday we spoke _HONORABLE MENTION
Some people speak tiny words,
without power or feeling,
words that change nothing,
and move nobody.
But our words are like hammers,
that break rocks,
are like fires that consume all.
Yesterday we spoke,
and today I draw the curtains and wonder,
is the sky still there?
Does the sun still shine?
Everything is shaken,
all shallow loves forgotten,
all memories revisited,
because yesterday we spoke.
