Prompt: From where and how do you get your strength?
Reading the Bible. Going to Church, praying and discussing issues with friends and family. Thinking good thoughts and trying to block out the bad. Reminding myself God's got this. This is how I get through things. I guess we can't do anymore then that. Pray for others and help others the best I can. Be thankful for another day.
