Been Tired All Day Today

A lack of sleep. I only got about three or fours hours of sleep last night. That’s why I have been so tired all day. It’s because of a lack of sleep. Unusually, I don’t know why I am having trouble sleeping the previous night. Unfortunately, I know the reason why this time. It’s because of what happened at work yesterday.

No, it didn’t happen at work itself. And it’s nothing that I did or didn’t do at work. What happened at work is when I found out that is the reason why I couldn’t sleep last night happened. I know that is a little bit confusing. It’s confusing to me. And I’m the one writing it. Let me try to explain this better.

While I was getting ready for work yesterday, I got a call about a job that I applied for a couple of months ago. Only I didn’t listen to the Voicemail until a couple of hours after I got to work. And by then it was too late to call them back about it. So, I went to sleep as soon as I got home last night.

That’s why I think that I couldn’t sleep last night. I was worried about this phone call. As a result, I only got a few hours of sleep before I got up to call her back. The only problem is I got her Voicemail. I never got a call back. And I don’t know what that means. It could mean she couldn’t call me back for some reason or she didn’t want to call me back for some reason.

I tried to get some sleep today. But waiting for her to call me back, I didn’t get too much more sleep today. Maybe another hour or two at the most. And I don’t think that was really sleep anyway. It was more like dozing or napping than sleep. However, I look at it I didn’t get any writing done today on either of my short stories I’m writing for this month.

In fact, this blog entry is the first chance that I have gotten to get on my laptop today. And I only did it so that I wouldn’t have another missed blogging day. That’s how tired I still am. It’s also why I’m probably going to be going to sleep soon after I finish writing and posting this blog entry. In an attempt to catch up on my sleep. If I can do it.
