What are your thoughts about this verse?
I feel as though it is a matter of escalation/de-escalation. I've seen where talking softly can reach someone where yelling at them or belittling them causes them to shut down. It isn't an easy thing, especially when frustration is high and the tendency to lash out is there. It takes practice. I guess God knew what he was talking about LOL
