Pancakes, Sunshine

Prompt: Today was Pancakes Day. Write about pancakes.

I love chocolate chip pancakes and cinnamon pancakes. I love the ones at Bob Evans. I like buckwheat ones as well. I had chocolate pancakes and they aren't bad. I like buckwheat pancakes with chocolate chips and cinnamon. I am not a fan of blueberry pancakes or ones with strawberry. Whipped cream or cool whip on pancakes is good. I make lousy pancakes and microwave pancakes are awful. Bob Evans, Dennys and IHop are good. A fried egg with pancake is good. I also like pancake sandwiches with bacon, egg and cheese at McDonalds. I wish I had my own chef to make me pancakes every morning. Yum!

Yesterday, we had rain storms and tornado warnings. That was scary. We didn't have any tornado winds but we had wind. Finally, sunshine showed itself and I was happy. What a relief! The tornado watches had left. I wanted to throw a party! Thank you, Pooh Bear for your cheery quote. Sunshine today. Winter, yes but we still have sunshine.
