I am not a perfect mother,
I shout too much I know.
I've made mistakes with them,
learning as they grow.

I am not a perfect wife,
I hate housework, it is true.
I'm not great at helping
when Steve has got the flu.

I am not a perfect friend,
been too judgmental in the past.
I believe that not all friendships
are truly meant to last.

I am not a perfect person,
just a mother who tries her best,
I am a wife who loves her husband
and a friend who has been blessed.

Perfection is impossible,
we can only try our best in life.
We must forgive each other's small mistakes,
be they mother, friend or wife.
