From your Member Tools pull down, choose My Wish List. From that
page, look for the Make a Wish For: section and then click the link for

:: Collect Gift Points With Surveys ::
Survey Forms are a great way to "take orders" for group fund raisers,
editing services and more. Now the process of collecting a Gift Point fee
is even easier! You can set the form to either allow the submitter to include
Gift Points or require that they be included.

The Gift Points collected are deposited right into your personal Gift Point
account. If you're working with a group, you can use the "Direct Deposit"
option to drop the Gift Points collected via the form right into any Group's
account. With each transaction, a small fee is automatically removed and
paid directly to Writing.Com for use of the system.


:: Purge Survey Responses ::
Once a Survey Form has been created, it is often re-useable. For example,
a survey created to accept entries in a contest may be used again to re-run
the contest. To make the process of reusing a survey easier, we've added a
Purge utility. Linked from the "Manage" section of a survey, this tool will
remove all responses to the survey in a few simple clicks.

The creation of Survey Forms is reserved for the members with Upgraded
