Chronos~w
The Chronos is a new form. The ~w stands for the fact that this form is written in words, instead of syllables. It is developed by my own daughter Alexa Boonstra, and myself. We were discussing some formula's a few weeks ago, while she was learning hard for her math test.

She asked me what Pi2 was. (here I go with my wisdom) Question marks in my eyes were popping up and she said dry: "Chronos".

So: Pi2 = Chronos.

She took her calculator out, which is half a computer anyway by itself and showed me. I noted down the outcome and pondered on it. An idea popped in my mind, Chronos as poetry form was born.

Chronos = 9,8696

Chronos is a single stanza poem.

In lines:
line 1: 9 words
line 2: 8 words
line 3: 6 words
line 4: 9 words
line 5: 6 words

An example:

Math and Chemistry

Is there a simple formula to count the stars?
or the side effects of a solar flame?
our wisdom is so little, complex,
still hard to understand, like Chronos' secrets, unrevealed still
there's still so much to learn.
