| 9:20PM Should men get paternity leave from work? I suppose that might depend on distance, and the person's job. If the person works 100+ miles away from home, on the other side of the country, or even overseas, they ought to be allowed to spend time with their wife. If the distance between home and work is between 100 and 30 miles, it could be optional. If the distance is 30 miles or less, no real sense- though when the wife is close to her due date, a paid vacation might be in order. Proud founder and member of the following group.
