taco salad pizza
Taco Salad Pizza
1 lb ground soy (I use Morningstar Farms)
1 cup salsa
gluten free pizza crust mix (I use either Namaste or Pamela's)
Mexican blend shredded cheese
sun-dried tomatoes (put as much or as little as you want)
2 cups mixed salad greens (I used Dole)
2 Tbsp. ranch dressing (I use Country Gourmet Home's Buttermilk Ranch)
Heat oven to 400F.
Make the pizza crust according to the directions.
Brown ground soy, then stir in salsa; spread onto crust. Top with cheese.
Put back in the oven for 5 minutes then take it out and put the sun dried tomatoes on the pizza. Then let it back for another 5-7 minutes.
After the pizza is ready, top with salad greens and drizzle with dressing.
