Shakespeare Words in a Poem
Prompt: Use Shakespeare words in a poem or short story: cold hearted, lustrous, savagery, swagger, watchdog

The Princess saw him right away.
He swaggered like he was King already.
Why did her father want her to have him?
Didn't father know how cold hearted the Prince was?

She saw her knight in shining armor ride in.
He was her lover and the one she wanted.
The knight was handsome where the Prince wasn't.
The Prince was mad when he saw the Princess smile at the knight.

The Prince was lustrous by nature.
One of the ladies in waiting had just-
given birth to his child. The lady in waiting
was outside with her baby and the Prince looked her way.

The King looked at the baby and he looked just like the Prince!
The King called off the engagement finally believing his daughter.
The Prince left for another country embarrassed as the wind was
taken out of his sails and rumor had it he had murdered innocent men.

The savagery Prince was gone and the Princess was happy.
She married her knight and got a watchdog, a faithful Irish wolf hound.
The Princess and knight had three children, one a Prince, an heir to the throne.
They lived in a perfect Paradise, a peaceful Camelot, happily ever after.

Beautiful Poser of Princess, unicorns and castle by Angel.
