Adding On To My Life, Simple Life
Prompt: Is there something that you could add on to your life that would make you happier?

Yes, not worrying about having to go to work anymore. I would like to retire and have the money I need for the rest of my life. Hiring a housekeeper to clean my house. With my health issues, I need to have my life easier. These things would help.

Blog City Prompt: John Barth said in a Paris interview, "I start every new project saying: "This one's going to be simple, this one's going to be simple." It never turns out to be." Do you find it to be true for yourself as well? Use it in regard to writing or any other thing that you wish.

I think that when I go to work that is going to be simple tonight but things don't work out this way. Going shopping all day. I get tired or run into traffic when I drive. Sometimes, my scrapbooking projects turn into a difficult project. Cooking supper is more then I bargained for. Driving in snow. It is never simple or easy unless it is just a dusting. Writing a novel. I love writing but it isn't simple. It takes a lot of work. With computers, smart phones they do make life easier.
