Alone In The Dark

Sitting beside my bed
Watching the lamp as it slowly fades
The dark seems gripping the beam
As the wind swallowed the flame.


I don't know what to do
The dark frightened me so,
I notice the trembling of my feet
As my heart then hurry its beat.
