Which I reiterate each time I free myself from bed.
It’s true many things are improved by a smile
So I plaster it on, ‘til it holds; and in awhile
I find that I'm smiling, and the problems go away
Like a miracle -- but it happens just that way.

Laughter is a dose I take every day.
It’s as good as vitamins if included with lots of play.
And don’t forget the pause to savor all the roses
Then choose a hobby -- one that totally engrosses.
These are the wonders that revitalize one's soul
They undo the stress and make life really droll.

And I concur for it’s the goal in everybody’s head.
When life gets muddled, and joy seems out of reach,
Like the cookie is saying, it’s an attitude to teach.

We can find our own happiness before the day is done.
