Writing, Non Writing, River
Blog City Prompt: What are some of the ways you make your non writing time serve your writing time?

At work, I have to write summaries on my patients and these summaries are about their behavior, daily living activities, progress and goals. I am writing even though it isn't my free lance writing I do. Scrapbooking. I write captions and stories for my pictures. Cleaning house, cooking, baking, shopping, taking care of my kitty. My mind is always thinking and working. You can get a story idea from anywhere. Your mind never shuts down.

BCOF Prompt: Write about a river.

I think rivers are boring. I love lakes and oceans. Some people like to go water rafting and they are on a river. A river can go over an edge. Rivers are brown not pretty blue like oceans and Lake Michigan. Horses years ago, cross the river with riders on them. The Mississippi River never impressed me. It is scary. Rivers are bodies of water and they are needed, too.
