Cereal

March 7th was National Cereal Day. What are your top three favorite breakfast cereals (and here's a non-official ranking , for reference).

I like a lot of cereals. To call just one a favorite would be a stretch. I eat Rice Crispys. Or Crispy Rice what ever the rice filled with air may be called. Sometimes I buy puffed rice or puffed wheat. Whole grain cheerios are yummy. I suspect that whole grain cheerios use to be the regular cheerios when I was a child. Sometime since the 70's regular cheerios started to seem different somehow and I only started buying them again after I used Whole grain cheerios. Products change and sometimes you can taste it or it does something to the digestion it did not do before. Now I suspect it can be aging or a product that has something less in it. I also eat special K and shredded wheat of different varieties. Shredded wheat with blueberries is scrumptious. I also like some natural cereals filled with fruit or nuts. Plain yogurt with fruit is excellent. I like breakfast.
