Suzy Hang Around
She was ten years and would be a real beauty. Nice
clothes, smart and the other kids called her "Teacher's
Pet." She had one friend Avery who always stuck up for
her but the other kids told her to go away and laughed.

Look for a friend of your own, Suzy-hang-around.
Nobody wants you around and that's for sure. So get
off the playground and stay away.
Suzy would keep
her distance. The other kids knew Suzy had everything.

Suzy just adored her friend Avery. One friend meant a lot.
Suzy started to wear old ugly clothes and started to make bad
grades but the other kids still didn't want her around.
They would tug at her hair and pour sand in in and laugh.

Avery always tried to defend her but the other kids would
taunt her, too. One day, a flashy, good looking man came to
the school and stopped the kids dead in their tracks. It was
the Rock Star Rambo Mariah. Why was there a Rock Star at school?

Suzy ran up to Rambo and hugged him and he said: "Daddy's here."
We are going to spend time together. The other children were shocked
and wanted to meet him. Rambo told them that they didn't want Suzy
and he couldn't be their friend. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Look. She's never done you any harm. Why can't you play together
in harmony?
The kids now let Suzy hang around them and she was
the star of the class. They were nice to Avery, too. Funny. Being
related to a famous person and everyone wants to be your best friend.
