A Goal
"There is no thrill in easy sailing,
When the skies are clear and blue,
There is no joy in merely doing,
Things that anyone can do.
But there is some satisfaction,
That is might sweet to take,
When you reach a destination,
You thought you'd never make."
~Excerpt from a poem by Edgar A. Guest

Used to dress like Mother Hubbard

And dress more like her cupboard.

And soft and swift she lays in bed,
She turns her head and looks at me,
And says, "Tonight I got in free".
