The Rain, The Park and Other Things
Prompt: "The Rain, The Park and Other Things." A song by: The Cowsills Write what you want about this prompt.

I love this song. A woman sitting in the rain. Flowers in her ear. The 60's. A great time. Flowers in her hair. I wear flowered head bands. I love the rain but I don't want to sit in it. I don't get many chances to walk in the park. The town I work in has two parks. The one park is big and has the Blueberry Festival every year. Everyone goes blueberry crazy. There are musical events, flea markets, contests and everyone has a good time. The other park is where a big grocery store used to be but you can sit on a bench in this park and it is lit up at night. It was all decorated so nice for Christmas with lights on the small trees and a snow man and a Santa. I think they were made out of plastic.

We have had rain this year instead of snow this winter. I am okay with this. Other things? I am hanging in there at my job. I enjoy watching DVD's. Hopefully, I will be staying healthy. I am always in a mood for a shopping trip.
Maybe I will go for a walk in the rain in the park. I will be singing The Cowsills hit song and reflect on the late 60's.

A gift from a member. Audrey Hepburn and her pet deer.
