One Show, One Book All Year, August
Blog City Prompt: If you could only watch one show for a year, which show would you choose? If you could just read one book all year, which book would you choose?

"Heartland." I love this show with all the beautiful Canada scenery, storylines, characters and horses. I would love to live in Canada on a horse ranch. This seems like Heaven. There are 11 or 12 seasons and I just started watching this a month ago, so I have a lot of episodes to watch. This series is on a local station and my husband even likes this show. I am glad. It might take me a year to watch this show. This show makes me smile and I look forward to watching it.

As for a book. That's easy. I have a big book of all Jane Austen's novels. I have no problem reading Jane's novels over and over.

BCOF Prompt: What does the month of August look like to you?

Sunny days, picnics, horses playing in the pasture, picnics, trips to the zoo, kids going back to school, rainy days, smiles and knowing soon we will have autumn.

My husband and I got married in August. We always celebrate with a nice dinner at a fancy restaurant. He has steak and I have shrimp. This is what I look forward to in August.

Beautiful animated Snowglobe Unicorn Signature.
