| Prompt: Where do you get your news of the world? My husband watched The Today Show or GMA before he goes to work and will tell me what is going on if I am awake or he will call me from work later. Our computer home page gives you all the news of the world. Sometimes, I wish I didn't know. I watch the Noon News and find out what is going on. When I was working, I would read the local paper at the mental health facility I work at. I don't watch news at night. My mother will call and tell me what's going on. My husband hears news at work and comes home and tells me. I wish they would say someday: "NO NEWS TODAY." The world is happy, quiet and peaceful. What planet would I be living on?  |
