Prompt: 50 years, a lot has happened in the technology field. What change has made you the happiest in the past 50 years?


The internet has made me the happiest. The ability to re-connect with old friends and cousins that have scattered with the four winds, through social media, is amazing. I like to keep up with everyone while having my morning coffee on FaceBook.

Email is a blessing. Communication is so much faster than it was when I had to depend on the post office.

Google is a wonderful tool for finding information. Fifty years ago I had to depend on a cumbersome set of encyclopedias.

There are so many websites I can join that help with my hobbies and interests. And, where would I be without WdC?
