"This is stupid." Wyatt sat back and looked down the tracks.
He had driven this route for many years, hauling freight and passengers.
Nerine stared at her phone, "We're almost there."
She was his employer and owner of the Southern Line...
They had encountered a paranormal event along this length of track.

"Stop." Nerine raised her left hand.

"You know there are other trains using this line?" Wyatt twisted his neck.
Nerine waved him off, "There's something in the middle of the track."
Wyatt picked up his binoculars, "It's an envelope."
He sighed, "Do you want me to get it?"
"Of course!" Nerine shouted excitedly as she texted on her phone.

Wyatt picked up his shot gun and left the cab, climbing down the steps.
"I'm 2 years from my pension and I might get shot." he muttered as he approached the envelope.
It was of magazine size and appeared to be sealed with a wax emblem of a dragon.
Wyatt picked it up gingerly and walked slowly back to the diesel.
"Stupid." he muttered, "She inherits millions and waists my time with this bull."

Nerine let the envelope sit on a folding table in the cab.
Her eye's glistened as she used a knife to tear it open, trying not to break the seal.
Wyatt popped open a can of ginger ale, "It might be a bomb."
He smirked and sipped as he lay back in his chair, throttling the train forward.
Nerine flashed him a glare and them removed a magazine from the envelope.

The title gave her a chuckle, "'Stories that shape our lives. SEXUAL MAGIC.'"
"It's porn." Wyatt said flatly and pressed the horn at some deer crossing.
"Hmm. I think it's more than that." Nerine showed Wyatt a picture of him picking up the magazine.
The picture was on the first page along with his remarks ..
"Is this a magic trick?" Wyatt flipped through the other pages.

They were blank.
